T.R.I.P.: Trauma-Attachment Regulation and Integration Therapy

Trauma-Attachment Regulation and Integration Therapy (T.R.I.P.) was developed by Monique Hoving, MFT, RCC and can be used to address a wide range of mental health issues. With T.R.I.P., one-eyed techniques are used (working with one eye covered and alternating between eyes) to help bring clarity, deeper awareness and healing.
